These terms explain how buying from Siah Deliveries works: what you pay, when, and what happens if something goes wrong. Placing an order means you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Siah Deliveries buys products from suppliers in China for you, ships them to Kenya and hands them over at our collection point in Nairobi.

2. Prices

• Prices are in Kenya shillings (KES). Prices shown in other currencies are only a guide; you always pay in KES.
• The item price you see when you place the order is the price you pay for the items. It doesn't change later.
• Shipping from China to Nairobi is not included in the item price. It is charged separately (see 4).

3. Paying for your items

• You pay for the items by M-Pesa when you order, and enter the M-Pesa confirmation code.
• Your order goes ahead once we have checked the payment. If we can't find it, we tell you why and you can send another code.
• Each M-Pesa code can be used for one payment only.

4. Shipping

• You choose air (faster) or sea (cheaper) at checkout.
• Shipping is worked out from the weight (air) or size (sea) of your packed parcel. We show you an estimate once your parcel is packed in China.
• When your parcel reaches Nairobi we tell you the final shipping amount. You pay it by M-Pesa before collecting.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen at the supplier, in transit or at customs; we keep your tracking page up to date.

5. Collecting your order

• Once shipping is paid you get a pickup code. Show it with your order number at our collection point.
• We only hand over an order to someone with the right pickup code, so keep it private.

6. Cancelling

• You can cancel for a full refund of the item price until we order your items from the supplier. Message us from your order page.
• After we have ordered from the supplier, we can only cancel if the supplier accepts it; we refund what the supplier refunds us.

7. Problems with an item

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, tell us within 7 days of collecting it. See Returns and refunds. These terms don't take away any of your rights under Kenyan consumer law.

8. Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may block an account that is used for fraud, fake payment codes or abuse.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
